Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 as subsequently amended and supplemented (“GDPR”) and to the Italian and European laws and regulations complementing it, as subsequently amended and supplemented (“Privacy Applicable Law”), and in relation to your personal data (the “Data”), this information notice provides for the following.

The Data Controller is DEMA Spa, with registered office in Naples, Via Partenope no. 5, in the person of its legal representative pro tempore.

Browsing data

The information systems and software procedures for use of the website acquire some personal data the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with specific individuals, but by its very nature can be processed and associated with data held by third parties to identify the users.
This category includes the IP addresses or domain names of computers used by the users that connect to the single websites, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the requested resources, the time of request, the method used to contact the server, the size of the file obtained, the numerical code indicating the response of the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and to the information technology environment of the user.
Data collected in this way can be used to ascertain responsibility in the case of cybercrime that damages the site.

Data provided directly by users

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of the data requested in the various sections of the website for the purpose of the services on offer (as an indicative and non-exhaustive example: when information is requested in an email sent to any one of the addresses on the home page or other pages, or when curriculum vitae are sent spontaneously in answer to employment opportunities, or when direct calls are made or faxes are sent using the numbers in the “contacts” section). Specific information for particular services for clients is provided on the website.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website (e.g. YouTube).

COOKIES

No personal data will be acquired by the website.
Cookies will not be used for the transmission of personal information, nor will there be the use of cookies of any type, i.e. systems for tracking users.
The use of session cookies (which are saved only temporarily on the user’s computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to session identification data (formed of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to permit safe and efficient browsing of the site.
The session cookies used on the aforementioned websites avoid recourse to other information technologies that could compromise the privacy of users and do not permit the acquisition of personal data identifying the user.

DATA TRANSFER

The navigation data are necessary for telematics and information technology protocols; the contribution of the user’s personal data is free and optional.

METHOD OF PROCESSING

The data collected through the aforementioned websites involve information technology and telematics procedures. The technical data are saved on the company’s servers, adopting all the security measures provided by Legislative Decree 196/2003 and its annexes.

USER’S RIGHTS

The user may assert his/her rights in compliance with articles 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Legislative Decree 196 of June 30th, 2003, by addressing the owner of the site. In particular, according to article 7, the user may obtain a confirmation of the existence or non-existence of the personal data that regards him/her, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in comprehensible form. The user has the right to obtain the indication of a) the origin of the personal data; b) the use and purpose of the treatment; c) the logic applied in the case of treatment conducted by electronic instruments; d) the identification data of the owner of the site, the managers responsible for it, and the representative assigned in compliance with article 5, sub-section 2; e) the subjects and the categories of subjects to which the personal data may be transmitted or that may come in contact with it as representatives of the government or other authorities. The user has the right to obtain: a) the correction or, when of interest, the addition of data; b) the cancellation or transformation into anonymous form or the removal of data that has been treated in violation of the law, including those which do not need to be stored for the purposes for which they were collected or later treated; c) proof that the operations described in sections a) and b), including their content, have been transmitted to all of those whose data have been communicated or transmitted, except in the case that such compliance turns out to be impossible or requires means that are obviously disproportionate in relation to the right being protected. The user has the right to object, entirely or in part: a) for legitimate reasons to the treatment of the personal data that regards him/her even though relevant for the purposes of the collection; b) to the treatment of personal data that regards him/her for purposes of sending publicity material either for direct sale or for conducting market research or commercial communications.

COMMUNICATION AND DIFFUSION

The data collected will not be disclosed, sold or exchanged with third parties without your express consent, except for any communications to third parties authorised – committed to confidentiality or if the persons in charge of the treatment in accordance with art. 29 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 – (like IT support and hosting companies) where necessary for the purposes referred to in this information. The data can be communicated to the competent authorities, under the terms of the law.

PLACE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

The personal data acquired through this website from the DEMA Spa company are stored at the head office in NAPOLI, Via Partenope, 5. The data are handled by the technical personnel in charge of processing or by the personnel in charge of occasional maintenance operations.
