20 December 2021 – DEMA Group announces the entry into the Board of Directors of Alessandro Franzoni, who alternates with the outgoing director Siro Taccani, former CFO of the group, to whom the company is thanked for the work done and the commitment made in carrying out his role on the DEMA Board of Directors in particularly delicate and challenging years.
The Board of Directors acquires, with the entry of Alessandro Franzoni, a Manager with proven industry experience and exceptional standing, who will contribute assiduously to the development of the group.
Alessandro Franzoni, at the moment CEO of the Logic SpA group, an Italian company that has been involved in the design, development and qualification, production and support of avionics systems for aircraft all over the world for 60 years, boasts decades of experience in leading roles in companies of great level in the aeronautical sector, including the Leonardo group and Superjet International.
